Devil’s Thumb Ranch turned into a winter wonderland the night before, but it didn’t stop us from venturing outside for a first look. The quick moments outside always remind me how beautiful Colorado can be from November to April. Winter weddings will always be some of my favorites.

Amy and Kyle’s Crossing Creek Wedding was filled with changing trees and many moments out in them. Their fall time ceremony was low-key, although the couple had many more guests arrive for the reception. It was wonderful planning by them.
Life is a little slower up on a mountain. Away from the constant noise of cars and inherent pace of people in a rush. The session started with quiet photos in their backyard, followed by a hike at one of Nicole and David’s local hiking spots.
