You are responsible for ensuring that the event schedule allows adequate time for photography. We are not responsible for any missed photographs due to time constraints or delays.

You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions or permits for photography at the event venue(s).

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to capture every important moment, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or the quality of photographs due to factors beyond our control (e.g., lighting, weather).

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services.
